We warmly welcome you to Boundless Way Temple/Worcester Zen Center. The Temple offers daily meditation practice, retreats, workshops and opportunities to study with Zen teachers. We are an affiliate of Boundless Way Zen, a school which combines Japanese Soto and Korean Rinzai traditions in innovative ways that include basic Zen practices such as breath awareness, mindfulness practices, inquiry into the moment, shikantaza (just sitting) and koan practice in the Harada-Yasutani tradition.
We are dedicated to helping every student find a meditation practice that fits his or her unique personality and deepest intention for awakening. And we are committed to the integration of practice into daily life.
New to Zen?
You are welcome to join us for any of our practice periods, whether you are new to Zen or are experienced in Zen or any other form of meditation. See our regular weekly and periodic Saturday schedules for more information.
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to ask any questions that you may have and to familiarize yourself with practice forms and etiquette.
You do not need to be a member to participate in our programs. However, if you are interested in learning about Temple membership click here.
